Academic & Research Interests

Dr. Carreno鈥檚 research interests focuses on the application of technology and epidemiologic methods to evaluate and develop antimicrobial stewardship programs. Specifically, Dr. Carreno is interested in pharmacists鈥� roles in active surveillance, anti-infective related adverse event prevention, and bacterial epidemiology of infectious diseases.
